Andre Corea is a Puerto Rican born American composer, music producer and environmentalist based in Los Angeles, CA.

As a composer, Andre utilizes the genuine beauty of acoustic instruments and transforms them creating surrealist sounds & textures. A combination of classical composition and orchestration with the power of todays technology to create a blend of ambient and classical music that is both immersive and expressive.

As an environmentalist, Andre hopes to express the infinite imagination and wonder that nature has to offer while representing a human perspective through music. Aiming to develop multi-media projects that nurture an empathetic and intimate relationship between people and nature. Andre Corea is currently an artist for Earth Percent, a charity organization founded by Brian Eno that provides artists a simple way to support impactful organizations addressing the climate crisis.

His music has been featured on HBO Latino, Shudder, ESPN, United Nations Climate Summit COP22, and by world renowned artist Refik Anadol. As an independent artist, Andre has also accumulated over 3 million streams online, reaching over 750,000 unique listeners.

Andre comes from a diverse musical upbringing of assisting in recording studios, managing a chamber orchestra, coordinating creative productions, and tour managing for artists. Andre also received a Bachelors in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music.

His love and curiosity for music has led him to become a multi-disciplinary professional within the music industry. Specializing in music composition/production, production management and music for Film/TV.

Andre has worked directly with artists & composers such as SMLE (Grammy Nominated Producer Duo), Willie Colon (Salsa Pioneer), Paul Haslinger (Award Winning Film Composer), Ruth Mendelson (NY Times Critics Pick Composer), Sonic Open Orchestra (Contemporary Ensemble), BBNO$ (Rap Artist) and Rey Ruiz (Salsa Artist).

Andre was the Lead Producer & Mixing Engineer for Sonic Open Orchestra’s debut album.
